Anybody know what these 811 like horns are?

The seller compares them to 811s, because of size. Are these Cerwin Vega? The drivers look fairly modern, to me, and remind me of some EV's that I've seen on Ebay,

Interesting to see the horn and driver together on something that size. I sure don't know them.

I'm guessing a Japanese attempt at American cosmetics circa mid-70 ish. Beyond that, I'd consider them a curiosity and bid low.

Japanese did occure to me....... they remind me of the way the Pioneer drivers look out of the CS-88As I parted out.
